Q: When does the Global Gathering begin and end?
A: For IMPACT members, the Global Gathering begins on Thursday, August 27th at 7:30 am and ends on Monday, August 31st at 2:30 pm. For VIP and 4 Day ticket holders, the Global Gathering begins on Friday, August 28th at 7:00 am and ends on Monday, August 31st at 2:30 pm. For Weekend ticket holders, the Global Gathering begins on Saturday, August 28th at 6:30 am and ends on Sunday, August 29th at 10:30 pm.
Q: I can’t take four days off work. Can I come just for the weekend?
A: You can attend Global Gathering with a Weekend ticket that gives you access to all the keynotes and workshops on Saturday and Sunday, the early morning wellness sessions, as well as the Sunday night celebration. This ticket also includes a buffet lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday.
Q: What is Early Bird Pricing and how do I take advantage of it?
A: Early Bird Pricing is your opportunity to purchase a ticket to the Global Gathering at a greatly reduced price for a set period of time. We are offering slashed ticket prices through May 15th, at midnight. Our VIP Ticket may be purchased for $1299, down from $1999 – a $700 savings. Our 4 Day Ticket Package may be purchased for $549, down from $849 – a $300 savings. Our 2 Day Ticket Package may be purchased for $299, down from $425 – a $126 savings.
Q: What is included in a VIP Package?
A: Every VIP ticket includes:

Q: What is the nearest airport to the Sheraton Grand hotel?
A: The nearest airports to the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass are the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (17.5 miles) and the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (25.1 miles).
Q: Is the hotel included in the ticket price?
A: No, but Global Gathering attendees who stay at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass will receive a special low room rate of $129 per night plus a $10 per night resort fee and 13% tax. Make your own reservations by calling The Sheraton Reservations Line at 1-866-837-4156 and request the special room rate for the Global Gathering 2020 Group. There are a limited number of rooms in this special block – so we recommend you make your reservation now.
Q: Do I have to stay at the venue hotel to attend the event?
A: No. However, we recommend that you choose to stay at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass for both convenience and to take advantage of our courtesy room rate.
Q: Is on-site parking available at the hotel?
A: Yes. Self-parking is complimentary. Valet parking is available at $22 per day.
Q: Are my meals included?
A: Yes. The Global Gathering Meal Plan is included in the price of your ticket. The VIP ticket and 4 Day ticket includes a buffet lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A Weekend ticket includes a buffet lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday.
Q: Is my ticket transferable?
A: Yes. Simply contact Beverly at Support@PanacheDesai.com and let her know the name and email of the person who you wish to use your ticket.
Q: Will I get an opportunity to meet the guest speakers?
A: Each of our Keynote and Breakout Sessions have a time slot after their conclusion to allow our speakers to sign books, meet and greet their fans and have selfies taken. As always, the Global Gathering encourages our speakers to mingle and make themselves available to our participants.
